How it works
- Sign up or sign in. Points are collected in your account, so orders placed as a guest (without an account) earn no points.
- Shop. The product page and the cart always show how many points you will get.
- Get your points. When you place the order the points appear as pending; they become usable as soon as your parcel has been delivered.
- Turn them into a voucher. On My account › My loyalty points one button turns all your points into a voucher. Its code stays in your account.
- Use it. Enter the code in the cart, or pick it from your vouchers there – its value comes off your order straight away.
An example
You order for 12,700 Ft (of which 10,000 Ft is the products' price without VAT) → after delivery you get 100 points → you turn them into a 100 Ft voucher and use it on your next order.
Good to know
- Points are counted from the products' price without VAT; shipping and the cash-on-delivery fee do not count, and vouchers used in the order reduce the amount.
- Points are valid for 365 days from when they are credited. We e-mail you 30 days before they expire, so you don't lose them.
- A voucher made from points is valid for 365 days, works on an order of any size, and can be combined with other vouchers.
- If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, the points for it are taken back.
- From time to time we run promotions with extra points (such as double points) – the product page and the cart show them.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
